I am sad that I don’t have many recent pictures of me and Andy, but I have so many memories. Everytime I talk about him, I realize how each memory of him positively impacted my life. He was the first one to notify and support me when our dad had a heart attack, he explored Vancouver Canada with me when I was a teenager, he showed me how to do an uppercut and I got too close and ended up in the ER (whoops!), and he joked around with me all the time. In our kids years and adult years, there was always love and support between us. Everytime he came back to the States from being overseas, we looked forward to seeing each other. Even though a long period of time had passed, we always picked up where we left off. I miss him, I love him, and I’m so lucky to have him as my brother. He will live on through my memories, and our kids will hear about how amazing and caring their uncle Andy was
